Amnesty International Ever Since Digvijay Singh defended Anti India Slogan and asked Karnataka CM not to arrest anyone from the Amnesty group, It was well known that the "Sedition Charge" slapped on the Amnesty by the Karnataka Congress Govt would fall flat very soon.
