Gujarat Elections-Is it a Cake walk?

Its Gujarat and Only Gujarat that's the talk for the last 2 Month's in all forms of Media. Opinion's, Survey's are galore with everyone has their own take. Very few realistic BJP supporters were skeptical on the clarion call of Amit Shah that it would cross 150 seats sounding too Optimistic. 

One need to remember that Gujarat is already missing not only a Flamboyant,Charismatic Modi but also his administrative ability. Modi in 2012 with not much dissent coming from Patidars and Congress at the Centre going through rough time with Scandals coming out from its closet it was a cake walk for the BJP and ended up with 115 seats out of 182 members in its Assembly.

Politics is very crude so as to say when it comes to Voting ( Swing Votes)  based on the Leader and not for the Party. Was BJP did take a right decision in selecting Anandiben Patel as its CM knowing too well that she has good relation with Modi baiters from the Hindu Right Wing leaders like Praveen Togadia, Sanjay Joshi. There were murmurs that Patidar agitation was instigated by Togadia and Anandiben was seen socializing with them and turned a blind eye to the Agitation. 

Anandiben inept in handling the agitation ( later Fierce crackdown by the State Police (as per Anandiben Husband ) was at the behest of Amit Shah who always interfered in the State Home Ministry was the main cause for the Patidars to take a stand against BJP ( he had written a letter to PM complaining on Amit Shah's Action). Leave alone Anandiben inept handling of Dalit/ Patidar agitation or lack of administrative skills she started hitting headlines for all the wrong reason, her nepotism in promoting her daughter caused such an embarrassment to the Party. Much needed Course correction was done in replacing her with Vijay Rupani a 1st time MLA but not without dissent within....

From one of the BJP's Decorated State to rumble within.. things were not the same , Did Amit Shah missed the trick? Should he have stayed back with the State maybe that's the debatable point.

Coming to the Ongoing Poll, In an Ideal Scenario comparing 2012 w/o Modi (CM) one can straightway deduce 10-15 seats ie anywhere between 95-100. But no one doubts the BJP's win but by what margin is a big question?

• Kapil Sibal in trying to delay Ram Mandir which negates Rahul Gandhi temple hoping ( to swing Majority Votes) ,

• Jignesh Mevani (backed by Rahul) gets funds from Left leaning Liberals, Fund and Support from SDPI a front for PFI ( under NIA investigations for Conversion factories and Terror Connect to IS),

• Ahmed Patel Posters asking for Muslim Votes,

• Uncouth Mani Shankar Aiyer #Neech comment

• Late Surge and Last mile connectivity ( Karyakarta's of BJP who give their soul for the Party) 

• Last but not the least Modi's magic in the final Phase rally are the few factors that may help BJP  ending up with 110-120 seats. If ( Big IF) the factors mentioned happens.

Observing the present run up, BJP is fighting one of the hardest battle, fighting against 22 yrs of Anti-Incumbency, Non Presence of Modi  and a Party which was once a Decorated BJP state with few rumblings within, a course correction is imminent within the Gujarat Party. If BJP manages to win even one more seat than the Previous tally 115 it is a bonus..

But one needs to understand the background of the blasts is that it happened on the eve of Pakistan Minister Khurshid Mahmud Kasuri visit to New Delhi on the proposed peace talk. Lashkar-e-Taiba was long Opposing this Peace talk and threatened of dire consequence if it was  initiated. US Intel reported that one Arif Qasmani of LeT was involved.

With so much at stake on National Security and all fingers pointing to LeT of PAK , time the NIA and the Home ministry are duty bound to explain to the Nation  the following..

1. What happened to the arrest of Safdar Nagori pertaining to the blast?
2.  His Narco Analys which proved that he was directly involved in the Bombing!
3. ATS Haryana which had all the proof indicating SIMI  Safdar for the terror Act!
4. Why did HM share all the Vital Info to Rehman Malik of PAK
5. Why did Indian Govt shared even to the UN on the Involvement of SIMI but backtracked back home?
6. What evidence made them to change the course of Investigation.

The larger question on the claims of breakthrough during every crucial Polls makes the Govt to be under scanner.

Confused UPA and NIA 
In other Words as per Govt the Blast was the  work of both SIMI and Sangh together which defies logic. If the Govt is certain it was done by Sangh then it contradicts its earlier findings. So do we take the Govt inefficiency in handling Terror Investigation. If Sangh is responsible why hold the Innocent Safdor Nagori languishing in Jail,

Downfall of Anna > Not to stretch the happenings the downfall of Anna was well plotted  by Arvind Kejriwal in connivance of the Congress and to form AAP...AAP was a by product of Congress and the Activists.. alas Sonia too was bitched and Arvind had the last laugh... He became the sole Flag bearer of Crusader against Corruption and many in Delhi bought his story and made him the CM.

• During Sheila Dixit Govt. when Rajendra Kumar was transferred from VAT to the Health department the surveillance on him ( suspected for Graft then) used to meet Arvind Kejriwal secretly..
• Complaint against Rajendra Kumar was forwarded to CBI back in July.. Arvind is in full loop

The story of his Antics is not going to end anywhere in near time.. his consistent shifting the blame if it dosent suit him shows what kinda person he his made up of.

What annoyed most his filthy Language used against one of the best PM India has ever had in his tweets and not regretting it either.. only shows that his brought up wasnt that good at all above all the Premier Instituion IIT can even produce Morons like Arvind Kejriwal and  Rajendra Kumar.

Journalist,Author turned Politician "Arun Shourie" one of the very few "Right Wing" (RW) Intellectual's who carved a space for himself , who holds no "Guns barred" when expressing himself. Then 2009 when BJP Lost LS elections, Arun blasted the BJP and its factionalism in the Delhi and even wanted RSS to take over the BJP!

Run upto 2014 LS elections "Arun" was an Inside track to Mr Modi with regular meetings centering around  Black Money, Banking and National Security. Almost everyone assumed that Arun Shourie would be the Finance Minister after path-breaking Majority led by Modi.
Mr Arun shourie did have few meeting before with Mr Modi with Press coverage and many more without unreported! What transpired between the 2 remains a big question!

Cross Section of Financial experts opinion was that Mr Modi was not impressed with Arun Shourie's Ideas on "Banking" reforms which was the backbone of the Finance Ministry, and all speculation of Mr Arun Shourie getting a "Key Berth" faded and given a quiet burial..

Recall during scathing attack by Swamy, RSS never even attempted to rein him in! Trying to decipher these 2 Intellectuals attack one cannot stop speculating that are these two voices are on behalf of RSS? Which cannot openly air its disenchantment against growing Modi popularity with his trusted Lieutenants Shah and Jaitley. Recently there were Sly reference that Ms.Sushma Swaraj is not getting her due and is being reduced to Just another Minister.

Modi who has come long way is capable enough to understand which is valid critique and which are Just rants.  

Speculation : Recently there are many hit jobs on Manohar Parrikar as well from Ajai Shukla Journalist turned Arms Broker and made good fortune on almost any defence deal during UPA I&II. Ajai Shukla is the brother of Arun Shourie's wife. With CBI going after the Money trail on the Agustawestland, Ajai Shukla is the hottest Candidate in the Augusta Patrakar list
