Teesta Setalvad and her husband Javed Anand are full time NGO? and they are said to be proud of the their Communist Ideology?

Her outcry against Extreme Hindu Group and silence on Conversions by Christians and sympathetic to Ultra fundamentals of small sections of Muslims are well known.

Teesta's NGO's publication Communalism Combat" is funded by Congress, CPI(M) and CPI to run their advertisement against BJP. She runs multiple NGO's and endorses all her views and bragg that her claims are well supported and Documented by various NGO's in the country.

There is an "Industry" out there in Gujarat Minting Money under the pretext of helping the Gujarat Riot Victims!  Among the many Teesta managed to stay ahead by consistently being in limelight more often than not for the wrong reasons!

•  In 2004 She was accused of Pressurizing Zaheera Sheikh the key witness to Best Bakery Incident. Thereafter SC found that  Zaheera Sheikh indeed lied and fabricated false evidence in colluding with Teesta and was awarded One year imprisonment.
• Her former aide Rais Khan Pathan had filed an affidavit that as many as 5 cases filed by Teesta were fabricated and the  witness were manipulated.

July 03/ 12 Mumbai High Court observed the following

• Prime Witness   Yasmeen Shaikh had earlier this year filed an application before the High Court claiming that she was forced to give evidence against the accused by social activist Teesta Setalvad.
• Yasmeen had alleged that Teesta had promised her money if she gives a false deposition before the trial court implicating the arrested accused in the case. She had sought the High Court to re-record her evidence. The court had, however, said it would first hear and decide on the appeals filed by the convicts.
• Supreme Court had slammed her for writing to UN on the Riots of Gujarat-also came down heavily on her stating that she is Interfering in the case where the trial is subjudice!

• In 2009 SIT had filed in SC that Teesta had cooked up many cases of violence to keep the communal Pot burning.
• SIT had even said the witness had beed tutored by Teesta and affidavits were handed to these cooked witnesses to file in different Courts.
• SIT had also cracked some of her cases against Gujarat govt by proving the cooking up of killings were all tales than anything but true.
• As many as 20 witnesses who had submitted affidavits before various courts were really not @ the scene of Incidents but were tutored by Teesta.

Center for Policy research Commission  and the National Knowledge Commission has criticized Teesta that she has caused Justice and irreparable harm. They claim to have evidence on their observations.

It dosent stop there with Teesta on Subverting the Judiciary, but also fresh accusation has emerged that Money collected for Gujarat Riot Victims has been Misused! Due to above contribution for the Harmony of Secular India she was not only awarded with Padmashree but also Rajiv Gandhi award.

I have nothing against Teesta neither I support  Ultra Hindu fundamentals, more than any extreme fundamentalist in this country the biggest danger lies with some of these NGO's .

This is not divise means by some vested Political parties to have these NGO's operating for their ends it does not stop there , It has a larger conspiracy to keep India boiling at all times , Foreign hand in NGO is indisputable . If any of the readers who are good enough to read between the lines

General V.K Singh  on 26th March has created another storm for Congress,  First the Age Row- Arms lobby had spent crores of Money to perpetuate the DOB fraud on the General.. Had he gone soft with the Arms lobby he would have been the darling of the UPA establishment.. but then since he aint one trouble started with the Age row..

Tejinder Singh .. Highly corrupt ex ( Lt General) a close associate of Abhishek Verma known Con-Man close to 10Janpath also an Arms Dealer penetrating into Defence Acquistion and under scanner for War room leaks..  Tejinder Singh + Abhishek Sharma + 10 Janpath > Deadly combo against sanctity of the Armed force .. So whats all about the "Tetra Scam"  some salient points below.... 

• Alleges equipment lobbyist offered him a bribe of Rs. 14 crore, which he reported to Mr. Antony. 
• The General said the lobbyist offered him the bribe in order to have a tranche of 600 sub-standard Tatra Truck vehicles  cleared for purchase. 
• India has nought already 7000 Vehicles of which were already in use in the Army, had been sold over the years at exorbitant prices with no questions asked.
• To push another 600 Tatra Vehicles the supposedly Bribe was Offered.
•  He said there was no proper facility where they could be serviced and maintained and yet they continued to be sold to the Army though there is a facility in Hosur for Maintenance.
•  He however hinted without Naming the famous duo of Adarsh and Sukhna Scam (  General Tejinder SIngh and  General Deepak kapoor) 
• However defence Minister revealed asTejinder Singh. 
• Tejinder Singh unofficially advocating for BEML which handles the Sales of Tatra Trucks (Actually OEM TATRA  Vectra from Czech republic though it is only a part of Terex  corporation US and the another part of the company is held by an unknown NRI based in UK ).
• Tejinder going to Court on defamation is a laughing Stock  (read)>>Tejinder Singh harassed me: Adarsh whistleblower
•  BEML buys @ approximately @ 70 L per Truck and sell it to the Defence @ 1,10 Cr (Profit making for our own Defence). 
•  BEML though disinvested 54% of shares are Govt Controlled.
•  So cynics who point fingers @ Gen v.K Singh he knew fully well there is no point filling a case against Govt owned Company, afterall when he gave in writing to clarify his date of birth Govt never heeded! and now you expect General to file an FIR against the Govt?
•  People need to get wise before pointing fingers @ General V.K Singh who is bent upon to do away the corruption in the Premier establishment. 
• Rumours doing the round Ak Antony was forced to accept the Generals View as many feel the Conversation between Defence Minister and VK SIngh  could have been recorded as same as the Conversation between Disgraced Tejinder Singh and the Brave General VK Singh.
• Larger Question remains the anonymous UK NRI who hold major stake in Tatra Vectra Motors and has many Interest in India.
• Defence Ministry which was bugged a month back could also been coz Tejinder was seen moving into the Defence Ministry Office!

FOR CYNICS On Why General did not File an FIR or Written Complaint to Defence Ministry

• Tejinder Offered Bribe not @ the first meet after Post retirement, he had series of Courtesy calls with VK SIngh, VK Singh was Good enough to sense what would be the driving force of Tejinder Visits.
• Tejinder is ex-General and not Officially Representing either Tetra or BEML, Assuming IF VK Singh files an FIR, Tejinder would hv said it was a courtesy call and never made any attempt as he does not represent any of the named company
• He cannot file an FIR against Govt 54% BEML owned by Govt with no Proof.
• If he had given a written complaint to the defence Ministry Investigation would have carried on and would have come to a logical conclusion that the General was lying and no concrete proof to substantiate, hence thereby sullying the Image of the Army and would have sacked him. In fact this is what the Govt had in mind. Fortunately General did not play to the Govt's hand
• There was Love lost relationship between Govt and the General Sukna and Adarsh (exposed by General) govt tried its best in one or other to remove the General from his post.
• Assuming all the above as a theory, going by the Govt's version why was the so called honest Defence Ministry could have orderd the matter to CBI for a Preliminary Investigation. 
• Defence Minister do not need anyone's concurrence in ordering a CBI
• Last Why did the Defence Ministry order for the probe now as such General never asked for (to pacify the crucifying Media, Public and the sleeping Opposition).
• There was a written complaint on the Purchase of Tatra Trucks by none other than Congress MP Azad in 2009 @least then the Defence minister could have ordered the probe?
• Leaks in PMO is no new if media can get a scent of PMO' internal MEMO's High ranking General would have known the Govts Intentions all along.
• Latest being the self Proclaimed Highly respected Walking the Talk man "Shekar Gupta" on his new Venture into writing Movie Script , only shows that there are Vested Interest within the section of the Govt and in certain quarters of Journalist to target not only the General but also the whole disciplined Army!

SO cynics pack your bags for now get into another Issue that might be in the pipeline.

What more can India afford for such Scams even in the Military establishments! considered to be so Premier! well Rajeev Gandhi was afterall the person who started the scams in the Defence?
The Defence Minister A.K Antony has ordered CBI enquiry? for what to protect the lobbyist?

 10th of Febuary  is not only a black day to the General but also to the entire Nation. We Salute this highly decorated Man for not only fighting against the known enemy alongside the border but also destiny calling the shot has to fight the known enemy his Own Country's Govt.
Though the Supreme court had Observed that it respects his honesty the petition has been disposed. Highly anticipated in favor of Public sentiment was a let down by the Supreme court. The Congress Govt has the last laugh (not for long).
It has been left to the both Govt and General to resolve the Age Row amicably. Already the succession plans are doing the rounds even before the General has taken any decision.
The Government through its extended arm service of TV channels are discussing three possible successor namely Mr.Shankar Gosh- Western Commander,  Mr.Aluwalia- Central Commander and Mr Vikram Singh - Eastern Commander.
We leave it to the wisdom of Gen V.K Singh to take his decision, he might not know yet there are millions out here who had supported all along.
